Young Entrepreneurs Explored AI Solutions, Innovation Ecosystems and Practical Tools

The second mobility of the AI4YE – Artificial Intelligence for Young Entrepreneurs project took place between 10–12 November 2025 in İzmir, Türkiye, hosted by the Aydın Cultural Development Association (ACDA).
Participants from Spain (Amanay)Italy (Euroformaz) and Türkiye (ACDA) gathered at the İzmir Chamber of Commerce to work on field research results, practical guidance development and AI-focused entrepreneurship studies.

1. Focus on Field Research and Project Outputs

During the mobility, partners presented the progress of their national field researches aimed at understanding how young people approach AI, their needs and the entrepreneurial challenges they face.
Partners agreed to:

  • Finalize and proofread all field research by early December,
  • Upload results to the official project website in four languages,
  • Use AI-assisted editing tools to ensure clarity and consistency.

This step marks a crucial milestone for the creation of Output 2 – Practical Guidance on AI for Youth Entrepreneurship.

2. Workshop on Inclusion and Access for Disadvantaged Youth

One of the main themes of the İzmir mobility was inclusion.
Partners discussed new strategies for reaching:

  • Young people with fewer opportunities,
  • Disadvantaged groups,
  • Young entrepreneurs needing digital skills support.

special local event dedicated to this target group will be organized soon, combining education, visibility and dissemination activities.

3. Financial Tracking and Partner Coordination

The consortium reviewed the second budget period and agreed to create a redesigned financial tracking sheet, led by Euroformaz.
All partners committed to uploading their invoices and documents promptly to facilitate the next project payment.

4. Visits to Local Innovation & Technology Centers

As part of the mobility, participants visited two key innovation institutions in İzmir:

An advanced entrepreneurship hub offering digital training, startup incubation services and AI-based innovation programs.

SKYMOD at WithCo Co-Working Space

A tech company developing smart systems, digital solutions and AI-based applications.
Partners had the chance to learn about real-life AI use cases in business, product design and problem-solving.

These visits enriched the preparation of Output 2 by providing practical examples of AI implementation in entrepreneurial ecosystems.

5. Decisions on Next Activities

  • The next transnational meeting is planned for March 11–13, 2026, with alternative dates under consideration.
  • Monthly online meetings will continue for coordination and updates.
  • A dissemination plan was confirmed: each partner will publish one AI-related or project-related post per month.

The İzmir mobility concluded with a strong emphasis on:

Partners reaffirmed their commitment to supporting young entrepreneurs with accessible AI tools, high-quality training materials and inclusive activities across Europe.
